This is a double CD comprising over two hours of visualisations.

Each CD has an ‘Opening Up’ exercise, meaning you do not have to stop your meditation to change CD.

Following on from this are seven visualisations, each focussing on one of the Major Chakras and offering a simple yet powerful means of connecting with these centres and the wisdom they hold about your life and your soul’s journey.
