About Me

I am a very experienced Energy Healer and Reiki Master/Teacher

My work is rooted in the traditions of Spiritual or Energy Healing and Reiki. I have over twenty-seven years’ experience as a healer, facilitator, teacher and mentor, working at the most prestigious institutions in the country.

I am known for my Distant or Absent Healing and using this, I work intuitively, empathically and practically, to support to anyone who finds themselves at a pivotal time in their life.  My focus is to help empower and bring a new perspective to life's challenges, situations and issues.

Distant Healing is a very accessible and flexible way to experience intuitive healing and its potential benefits.  I feel it is especially suited to the current social climate and to the busy lives we lead.

Distant Healing can be used with either Reiki or Spiritual Healing energy.

I am experienced in using a variety of techniques to support you on your healing journey. For example, during your session, you may wish to explore grounding, relaxation, cord-cutting, Inner Child work, soul retrieval, ancestral healing and stress management.

I also work on Zoom or WhatsApp sessions which offer a visual and/or voice aspect to the Distant Healing process should you choose to work in this way.  If this is not for you, then I offer the 'Traditional' way of receiving Distant Healing, with no voice or visual contact.  This particular method comes with an email from me with feedback.

You can choose either a 30-minute or 60-minute session.

I am also a Teacher

I have been teaching since 2003.  I run workshops locally and in London and on Zoom. These are ideal if you are interested in enhancing your knowledge of the holistic self. Subjects covered range from very practical, energy management techniques which can be used daily, to spiritual topics such as Chakras and The Seven Rays.

Reiki Training:

I offer all three levels of Reiki Training, including Master/Teacher.  Through my lineage, I am very close to the Grand Masters.  Training is done either on a one-to-one basis or in a small group.  Training is done in-person.

If you like to use visualisations I offer a personalised service where I intuitively create a bespoke visualisation specifically for you.  This is sent to you via email.

One-to-one Spiritual Mentoring Sessions

I am delighted to be offering one-to-one Spiritual Mentoring Sessions, combining my experience as a healer and as a teacher.  If you wish to learn about a specific subject, ask about your own healing practice, ask for support with an issue or enhance your understanding of spirituality and your own life path; then a personal, private session may be supportive and nurturing.
